A ten year resident of South West Florida, Tess takes pride in offering top service to her clients.

Prior to moving to Florida, Tess served as a Finance Sales and Marketing representative and has a teaching background. Her love for public speaking and entertaining groups of 3-3,000 allows her to make the most of your event.

Previous experience: Realtor, P&C Insurance, Kaizan/Continuous Improvement, Finance Manager, Safety Director, Research Specialist, Marketing consulting & Training. Leadership trainer, Public speaking.
David Ziccarelli
Director of Marketing and Operations

David Ziccarelli has been a successful commercial insurance agent in SW Florida for 25 years, based out of Naples and Fort Myers. Formerly, he was a Partner/Sales Manager of a large motor coach tour and travel company that provided a multitude of tours and cruises to associations throughout SW Florida.

David Previously helped Bryan Pease grow the racing themed limousine & mobile advertising business as Director of Franchise sales for five years.
Bryan Pease
Director of Finance & Program Development

Bryan Pease was President and partner in a multi-million dollar destination management company for over seven years. The customer base focused on Fortune 500 companies electing to have their corporate meetings in the Naples, Florida area.

He also served as President for two other corporations during the same period. A transportation company that had the second largest non-taxi fleet in Southwest Florida featured Lincoln Towncars, Stretch Lincoln limousines, full size vans, luxury minicoaches and motorcoaches. The second company was a commercial off shore vessel based at the Naples City Dock and a charter fishing brokerage business.

Previously, Bryan served as general manager of a statewide destination management company’s office in Naples.

He recently sold a business he founded that provided racing themed limousine and mobile advertising. The company had over 65 locations nationwide and one location internationally.

All together, he’s been involved in the transportation and DMC business in Southwest Florida for over 25 years.
