Together, they bring decades of expertise in hospitality, event planning, and technology—uniting the artistry of elevated experiences with the precision of smart automation.

• Anita Beaubien is a seasoned hospitality executive with deep roots in hotel operations, catering, and group sales. Known for her passion for elevating client experiences, Anita blends heart and strategy—ensuring every group, from boutique teams to Fortune 500s, feels valued and supported.

• Wayne Beaubien launched his career at industry leader Maritz before leading his own DMC and orchestrating major hotel openings, including Loews Ventana Canyon, Westin La Paloma, and El Conquistador. With thousands of high-impact programs under his belt, Wayne is recognized for his mastery of logistics and, more recently, his pioneering work in event technology.

As co-founder of e-destinACCESS, Wayne built the automation tools now powering NexGen Destinations’ signature offering: real-time proposals, itineraries, and supplier coordination.
