Anita Beaubien is a hospitality technology founder and operations executive with 15+ years of experience driving group event strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth. As Co-Founder and President of NexGen Destinations, she leads vision, client engagement, and market expansion—bridging traditional destination services with scalable technology.

Prior to founding NexGen, Anita built her career inside hotels, where she managed concierge departments, led internal DMC operations, and served as a Conference Services Manager—giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of both planner expectations and property-level execution.

She is the force behind the commercialization of the Destin platform, designed to streamline the entire event lifecycle—from proposal generation and itinerary building to attendee experience and post-event analytics.
